As a USPTO-registered patent practitioner, Keeley DeAngelo offers limited-scope representation to foreign-domiciled sole inventors.
This service is for independent/sole inventors who must now have United States practitioner representation under the USPTO foreign-domiciled applicant rule effective July 20, 2026.
We quote a fixed fee for all patent-filing services, leaving you in charge of your application. The correspondence address remains with you, the inventor. We use a limited Power of Attorney (POA) for only the work required. This means that your application does not have to be transferred to our docket.
Our patent services include:
- Filing
- Limited representation: enter/act as the required USPTO-registered practitioner
- USPTO office action responses/filings
- Review and submission of Application Data Sheet (ADS), micro-entity certifications and other required USPTO filing forms
- Restorations for unintentional delays
- Preparation, signing and filing 37 CFR 1.78(b) petition to restore benefit of the provisional application (restoration petition)
- National-stage filing
- Consultation and guidance, if requested
- Post-filing formalities
- Patent drawings, if requested (These are done in-house).
Government fees/filing fees may be paid separately if desired.
We offer these services under a fixed-fee engagement, in a limited scope, to foreign-domiciled sole inventors. Ask us for a reference from any of our happy customers. Email Scott Keeley or call him directly for immediate attention at 1-401-207-9073 between the hours of 10:00 and 18:00, UTC/GMT -4.
