Regina DeAngelo is the firm’s technical writing and instructional design division. A patent application is, fundamentally, a teaching document; it must teach a “person having ordinary skill in the art” how to make and use the invention.
 With a background in dissecting complex technical concepts for broad audiences, Regina ensures that every patent application is written with clarity and precision.  Her role minimizes the risk of ambiguity—one of the most common reasons for patent rejection—ensuring that the USPTO examiner clearly understands the novelty of the client’s invention.
